True North hosts Representative Jennifer Sullivan, chair of Florida’s education Committee

True North was proud to house Representative Sullivan on a tour of our school. Representative Sullivan was able to tour literature, history, writing and science classes and see True North students eagerly discussing novels, historical events and performing experiments. She also addressed our 7th grade Civics students and spoke to them about character, leadership and her proudest moments as a legislator. She told the students that success is about being “full of character and virtue and holding yourself to a set of higher expectations.” It was a honor to host such an accomplished leader at True North and we look forward to seeing her on our trip to Tallahassee.
